Why this over Ipad even though Ipad has better build quality etc ? Simple the device has a full USB

Oh wow, nice re the USB dongle's

I did eye this as a plan B for my tablet, not to bad esp since its freely available at the Incredible connections and so on.

Yeah a full USB port opens up the possibilities for this device. Soon imagine connecting a keyboard to it via USB. Only a matter of time IMO.

Sure you can do it now, no need to wait for something, also know you can connect bluetooth wii controller and PS3 USB gamepad

Both the Asus Transformer and the Acer Iconia 500 are awesome tablets...or so I have read. I own the Transformer and what really sold it to me was the native keyboard and the ability to carry it like a netbook (KB dock and screen close). Also, I dont need anything to hold the screen up.

I do like the Acer full 2.0 USB and the solid aluminium finish.

You cant go wrong with either. Im just happy its not an ipad ;)

Just got mine, paid R6000 for it:(
But like it 2 MUCH!!!
