Acer One A150 problem

I just bought a Acer One A150 netbook (joy!) Until I turned it on. It keeps turning off exactly after 1min 10 sec. I even timed it and sure as clockwork, it turned of exactly after 1:10 5 times in a row. Any thoughts?

P.S. It does this no matter what I do: In the bios, running windows, paused post-screen, even recovery screen.... ect.

I'm thinking faulty product...
