Activate Telkom CallForward

Hey guys! I recently got the residential callForward but have no idea how to turn it on/off? Anyone have an idea? I tried calling Telkom but waiting for them to answer is worst than sitting in traffic!

Thank you, but I already activated it with Telkom, I just need the "prompt" or what I need to press to activate and deactivate it at a given time (so where do I put the number I want it to forward to and toggle it on and off)
