Activating R27 BIS for Blackberry

Hey guys

Wife's got a crackberry without BIS.

It is a contract. How do we activate the R27 CellC BIS for her phone?

We phoned #147# went to option 7 - blackberry, then we're totally lost. Will this activate the R27 BIS for her device?

Hi , if she has BIS already, she will need for that to expire first or it will need to be de-activated, and then use the *147# to re-activate and do a battery pull.

After entering 7 I got another menu giving me a choice of BIS options. You'll need to have an airtime amount available to cover what you are buying.
