Activating the data card

I bought a Speedstick 60gb pack today, and the guy at altech told me when i get home i should dial *101# to activate the sim.

Well I dialed *101# and got the following error:

Sorry, Your operation failed, please dial callcenter

So I called the callcenter, and while waiting for an operator my call gets dropped :erm:

What should I do?

how many times you try dialing *101#? and how many times you try calling the call law centre

I RICA'd mine first

then went home & plugged it in. First day was very iffy, but thereafter it got better.

Mine is already RICA'd.

I sat there while the guy did it...

Did you receive the sms notification to inform you of your RICA status on the card? Mine didn't work until I received confirmation and then a number assigned to me.

They stuffed up your RICA.

Finally got to the call center and they said my sim haven't been RICA'd yet



Seems like I'm going back tomorrow
