I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a problem i've been having.
I've tried to sum it up here:

My thoughts are that its AD and some form of negative DNS caching as to why the records don't get served. To try and fix this i've done the following in the registry. I've set "MaxNegativeCacheTtl" and "NegativeCacheTime" time to 0.
This doesn't seem to have had any effect.
Any help would be appreciated.
