Activity report on phone without SIM?

Is there a way to view an itemized activity report on a phone based on the IMEI number? Insurance wants it and Vodacom doesn't know what it is. The phone was lost overseas so my usual SA sim wasn't in it.

It is the SIM that records the calls and since the phone is lost, the memory cannot be interrogated either. When the phone was in SA, it would have had a SIM and that number would be tied to the IMEI number. Samsung in particular are able to tie it in quite easily
