Adapter for 2.5" SSD into 3.5" Caddy

Hi
I have a HP Proliant sever and would like to replace the 3.5" drives with 2.5" SSD drives. I need a adapter to convert. The normal PC ones don't work. The offset of the drive connectors don't match.
Anyone have 2 old ones spare or a source of new ones?

Just use double sided tape.

Won't work. Existing caddy has no top or bottom. 2 x sides that screw on with front bezel, sort of U shaped.

Would something like this work which has a different offset to the normal adapter:
