There is an option Add and manage numbers. Clicked on that, then there's nowhere to add a number. In fact, the word "add" doesn't even occur on the second page. The sim card in question is in a device used to switch geysers on/off etc. so I need to check on the balance from time to time to make sure there's enough money for the device to send responses to commands.
