Adding new fonts to MS CRM 3.0?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if there is a way to add new fonts that are used in CRM. They will be most commonly used for emails and KB articles.

Formatting the text in a text editor and then pasting it into the CRM form is a very dirty workaround. We're trying to eliminate this by adding the necessary fonts to CRM.

I can't see anything immediately obvious to implement this from the front end, so perhaps some sort of workflow or .NET assembly needs to be built, but I am unsure. Any ideas?

I'm not too sure how to solve your problem just yet, but I know there are quite a few omissions in MS CRM. Luckily it is quite extensible, so my best answer for now would be to extend the CRM framework by writing some custom code...

Again, speaking from a total lack of CRM 3.0 experience (we still use CRM 2.0), I can only recommend that. A custom text editor would allow you to specify any fonts or text styles. Have a look at the ComponentArt Editor control. It's very versatile and packs loads of features...
