Adding own PDF's to ipad

So... I've got a couple of PDF docs/books which I want to add to my iPad.

How do I do it?

Itunes, from that click on your ipad, then one of the tabs is apps or something, most pdf apps you browse from there and select the file. That's how I did it last time with my iphone.

Or you can use Dropbox.

Or an app like Goodreader.

Yeah i quickly had to learn that on my iPad there was no folder I could drop stuff into, its all app based. I have Dropbox installed (but you could use iCloud) and Goodnotes. pdf-notes also works quite well.
