Adept Internet "Solutions"

dexter22 - I realise its a tough life dodging those calls at the Adept
Internet Helpdesk, but FYI, and seeing as you were trying to be the nitpicky
nitpicking kingy kingster of Nitpickers, with reference to your comment of
'Shame so you needed there support already'
- there's a difference between 'their' and 'there' :P

Normally I wouldn't bring it up, but given the depths you're already
nitpicking at, I figured you might want something else to play with :P

Dexter, you don't work for Adept by any chance do you? You seem very intent on defending them.

You can't evern support yourself

LOL while we're all being nitpicky :D and dexter the aim isn't to make another person try and feel like k@k, cos sure enough one day you're gonna need help as well.

I you know what you are talking about please come and give me a shout.......

But you dont..... Dont waste my time.....

In most cases you are wasting your time more than you are wasting my time.....
Please sound like a adult..... Please try!!!!!!!!!!

LoneGunman

And complains all the time.... And some people must learn to behave like adults....
Not against you LoneGunman.

I dont see the need to see olny the bad in ISP's......

Mr I.R. Dexter over here would NEVER need help.. he's teh 1337 helpdesk agent at Adept.. it's no wonder their service is sh1te, this guy's barely literate.

Is it your own company? I struggle to understand how you'd find employment.

I r's trying to make out what yous saying, but it quite hard to cee.
Come on, you could at least make an effort to check your grammar before posting on a public forum. That way everyone might take your comments a bit more seriously.

It seems that your "managerial" position at this "compOny" did not have English as a language requirement?

First and foremost, hello to all... and i have to admit, this is one interesting forum, been following it for a while, and well, things just seem to have gotten hotter in here.

Soooo, what is the fuss about?

I have ADSL through MWEB, and well, dont have any complaints. Well besides the fact that they have just as ****ty support as most ISP's,
One ISP will respond promptly to your mails, the other not, then you have the ISP's that reply promptly to calls, the other not.

This "adept" ISP, seem to have ****ty support via mail, but im sure this is not always the case.

I did some background checks, and they do use SAIX as the backbone.
So not quite sure if complaining about their ADSL is such a big issue, and well, the fact that all ADSL runs the core part via TELKOM.. or shud i say telSCUM :)

Dexter, bru, you have some seriyas pms issues hey?
I mean, really, when they wack a ISP for some crappy service, and it is the truth, let sleeping dogs lay, let it be man.

THis is not the first time i have heard about "adept" and their crappy service.

I used to work for an ISP, the same one i am using now, and i know the crap that can go on in that environment.

Hypothetically speaking, you were working for a company as such, what would your response be to a cocky client that starts off on their backfoot, and then when asked how he may be assisted, continues rambling about crap!
I mean, get a life, when you call a helpdesk, what is the meaning of it?
YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE F IS GOING ON RIGHT? YOU CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM, AND REQUIRE ASSISTANCE FROM A SUPREME TECHNICAL POINT OF VIEW....
So this fuss about it is definately pointless.

They probably had issues that day, or they did not like the attitude of the plaintiff? Maybe? Maybe not? Who i am to judge!?! right!

So fact be as it may, "adept", as any other ISP has their on and off days, and i am not going to gun them, nor back them, im just stating facts from an experience point of view.

So ramp all you want, but who cares?!

MansoN, seriously d00d, you also have some issues, one wil say you and Dexter are of one breed, or as they say: n kalkoen van een eier! (n vrot eier as jy my vra!)
If you dont like them, get the fudge out! Why make a big ramping about sumthing that PROBABLY only occured once?
I can almost guarantee that you were one of those crappy-assss clients that usually phones just to make trouble, because you have a fetish for it!
Get a life, get a woman, and get layd boet!
But keep your PMS to yourself!

im out..

Enjoy da weekend guys!

Yours truly, Sir Ulrich Von Geek-unstein!!

LOL. Another "junior" member, coming into this thread trying to protect Adept. They must be getting desperate.

Nah, not protecting them, just stating the obvious.

And what is so wrong about being junior?
I bet you know more than me about ADSL and pc's, but then again, we all have our own passion right? (like me, im into cars, and i bet you know jack shyt about cars! ;) )

besides, wisdom never asked for age.... if you think you that smart to make a cokky comment like that, then im sure your level of maturity is beyond recognition hey? yeah right!

Anyways, pointless getting into discussion with narrowmindedness.
