We are looking to move ISPs as a company. A recommendation is ADEPT INTERNET. Anyone had any good or bad experiences? Service is very important to us.

The company looks like its been around a while, but they are just a reseller (looks like IS and MWEB). Never really heard anything about them, but if their website is anything to go by I would give them a skip.

I am concerned about the service level from a large company like Mweb. All too often you get through to someone who is not sufficiently competent in a call centre. Any idea if this is the case with Mweb?

Nah, the business call centre staff are fairly competent and their service levels are good.

I used to work for a company that used Adept. They are based in Stellenbosch. Their support is excellent, and we almost never had downtime, except when Telkom decides to 'work' on their fibers. The average call center person used to be able to do proper routing and tracing tests which is nice, so you get answers very quickly.

They are not expensive as their rates compare favourably with Mweb. I can measure price - but i can't measure service. Have you had bad experiences? If so, please let me know.
