ADHD MEDICATION ADVICE

Hello;

I’ve been taking Ritalin for 5 years now (off & on) with no problems as the medication was effective.

All of a sudden, I feel drowsy/tired when I take it and it seems to have no effect.

Any recommendations on how I can tackle this issue?
