How long should a Service Provider take to provision an adhoc addon bundle to your 3g/HSDPA contract?

I've been waiting almost 24 hours already.

anyone have an idea?

It never takes more than 3 hours, from my personal experience and I buy between 250 and 500 mg every month. It is the most effecient part of the Vodacom system. After all they are taking your money.lol

From my personal experience, adding both an Ad-Hoc data bundle last month, and then a Bolt-On data bundle this month, took more than 1 week in the case of the Ad-Hoc due to communication problems between v4me and Vodacom's other systems, and in the case of the Bolt-On via 155 [had already learnt never to use v4me] that took about 14 hours to get loaded, and I still got charged ~R50 in out-of-bundle rates after having verified via v4me as well as 155 that it was active and I could start using the Bolt-On...

It's now 48 hours. My SP is nashuamobile. My problem is that the ad-hoc addon expires at month-end (according to vodacom4me) - so the longer they take the less time I have to USE UP my bundle, or i'll lose it and would have wasted the money.

Surely there should be a better provisioning system - why do I have to use my SP?
