Having been a loyal supporter for the last year and spending over R9000-00 with you in this time I feel I have been let down.
Your modem packed up on me. Your suggestions to buy a new one @ R2000 is unnacceptable, especially after you did not even attempt to repair it.
Your prices are not competitive. I tried getting someone there offer me a good deal to stay with you as I believe I have proved to be a good customer.
Since then I have actually researched all packages available and there are a lot of better offerings out there.
It was fun while it lasted. Good luck.
