Good riddance I say -- hopefully the end to the pointless arguments...
Flash was good in its hey day as it drove the industry forward i.e. HTML5 would not be as good as it is, had Macromedia not driven the standard on to the web and competitively forward ito features.
Let's all agree with Adobe -- it has past its sell by date, and needed to go... Hopefully we'll also soon see the end of the desktop plugins.

With Adobe's help HTML5 and CSS3 can only get better...Adobe is pushing CSS Shaders technology as a Web standard to advance what's possible with Web sites and Web apps, and it's got Apple's cooperation.
