Adobe Flash Active X 10.2.152.14 and IE 9 64bit?

I see that version of Flash has been hailed as a solution to the IE 9 64bit flash problem. Downloaded and tried it,resulting in no You Tube and New Vodacom websites.
Reverted back to IE 9 32bit and Flash version 10.1 and all works.
Has anyone else tried and with what results?
