Hi

Im looking for a freelance developer for the above. It is for a customer of mine so will need freelance rates as i need to resell it onto them.

Why do they specifically want to use Flex? I've done some development work in Flex and while it is quite powerful but I'm switching to Silverlight. There is a bright future ahead for SL (pun intented ;-) since it is also the main technology used for Windows Phone. Furthermore you have the powerful backing of the whole C#/Visual Studio/.NET world behind you. Perhaps you can persuade them to use SL instead ;0)
 
its a program that has been done in flex and the guy who develped it has absconded. THey have invested too much cash to start again.

I have found a few guys who can help.
