That's pretty serious.

They could sue for damages amounting in billions.

I mean, how much does a copy of Photoshop cost? Thousands

wouldn't be a bad idea actually for Adobe to move that way. I also really believe that a lot of potential exists in a merger of RIM (even under the new name) and Adobe
