Adrian Maguire is the founder of one of the few companies in SA pursuing PLC (Power Line Communications, aka Broadband over Power Lines) broadband services for Southern Africa. Whilst GTS is based in South Africa they have dealings with many Southern African countries and deploy this technology throughout Southern Africa.
GTS partnered with the Tshwane Municipality to launch service for the community of Rooiwal which in the South African context has been a great example of a successful community project.

While at Grintek, Maguire introduced new technologies and new markets to the group’s Enterprise and Telecom divisions. He was also a driver in a contract that enabled Telkom SA to automate their trouble-ticketing and maintenance division countrywide.
During his tenure as a marketing executive, Maguire promoted Grintek’s offering in the market for Enterprise and Carrier Solutions. He was instrumental in the establishment of the first large call centres and dealing rooms in SA.
