They match thanks. I added the "MNR" infront just in case. No way to edit it though. had to remove and add another primary
no they tried again, failed again. I was using my local branch code, apparently you need to use the universal branch code given by your bank, so I used FNB's 250655
it appears to work, and they seem to retry after the first 24 hours you changed your banking details/added a banking detail. waiting to see now if i get the money
I don't think they will send a cheque hey, if your account is upgraded you can only do EFT now
