Since mweb announced their uncapped broadband offering, soon after that a lot of other ISP's followed. Since not all South African are in an area that supports ADSL, why don't the 3 main cellular providers also roll out uncapped broadband by means of Edge, 3g, HSDPA etc. They have a duty to this country to make sure we also catch up to international standards in terms of broadband utilization and bridging the digital & broadband divide. Don't wait to see what the Competition is doing before making your move.
