In December we moved into an apartment in Sonstraal heights.
January I ordered the 4mb fibre from Afrihost (Vumatel).
Afrihost delivered the router and that's were everything stopped. It looks like the body corp is dragging its feet giving permission for the fibre installation.
I phoned Afrihost this morning and asked if I can go onto their 200Gb capped month to month package up until the fibre is sorted.
The apartment does have a landline in it but I have no idea what the number is. I was told to get Telkom to activate the line and then just apply online for the 200gb.
My question is, on what number can I phone Telkom on that they will actually answer or can it be done online?
And also do I just need to provide the address in order for them to activate the line??
I'm having serious gaming withdrawal symptoms.
