ADSL alternative to iBurst

Hi all.

IBurst before shaping/capping i could do 100kbps download with torrents.
I'm looking for a ADSL alternative...
Would a 384 ADSL line with an uncapped ADSLUncap/CyberOnline/GamCo account be able to give me between 60-90gb download from peer-2-peer (mainly torrents and emule) per month?
Willing to pay in the region of R1100 per month.
