I currently have a 4mbp/s uncapped plan from Telkom and wanted to upgrade to 10mbp/s but i couldn't because it seems like my exchange doesn't support that speed it only supports up to 4mbp/s .
My line cant be moved to a exchange elsewhere because the faster one is said to be 5km + away.
Are there any other options for speeds higher than 4mbps in my case?
Note: Excluding mobile broadband!
