ADSL availability in Vredehoek,Cape Town

Hi Guys,

Went to Telkom direct last night to ask about the availability of ADSL in my neighborhood.

They told me ADSL is available, but the availability of cabling is uncertain.

Anyone have ADSL in Vredehoek? Anyone experience this before?

I'm in Gardens- had to wait a little (week or two) for space on the exchange. When checking the 10meg line availability, it shows my line is not eligible. I'm on 384k though, was just checking

Somewhere at the link on their site, there is a place where you can put your phone number to check if ADSL is available at all... You should have it- depending on exchange congestion.
