ADSL bandwidth usage reports broken since December 4th

Is everyone else also not getting daily reports since December 4th?

It is affecting two ADSL accounts I control, both have daily e-mails set up.
 
Hi,

You might need to re-signup for the notification. I discovered the other day on the bandwidth checker page that my e-mail address was no longer there. Now Im getting the emails again. You might want to try that. :)

Count your blessings! I haven't been a TelkomInternet user for about 5 months now and I'm still getting these horrible usage emails!

I agree with Spindrift - try signing up again. I had the same problem many months ago and signing up again took care of the problem.
 
telkom must have loaded an old backup of their database, as I am now receiving my daily emails on an account which i unsubscribed about 7 months ago
 
had to resubscribe, but ya. and all my other month bandwith usage is gone. hmmm??? lol
