I discovered the other day on the bandwidth checker page that my e-mail address was no longer there. Now Im getting the emails again. You might want to try that. Spindrift

I haven't been a TelkomInternet user for about 5 months now and I'm still getting these horrible usage emails! I agree with Spindrift - try signing up again. I had the same problem many months ago and signing up again took care of the problem.
