Lets say you have a 2 GB account.
Firstly, you won't be capped on 2GB - you might go to 3-4GB before getting capped...
When you are capped, you will then have some free local gigs.
If you have no use for local, which
many don't, you can either:
1. Topup your account
here
2. Buy a prepaid account from
WebAfrica or
Axxess or any other ISP that offers it.
3. Wait until next month, only a few more days now
Benefits of each action:
1. The bill for the extra GB goes on your Telkom account, no need to dish out account details.
2. WebAfrica prepaid never expires, Axxess expires after 12 months so prepaid bandwidth that you don't use in the next few days you can use end of next month, and so on until it expires.
3. You save money!
Disadvantage of each action:
1. It costs R 64.76 a gig and whatever you don't use this month will expire IE if you only use 100 megs then you will lose 900 megs!
2. You will need to enter a new username and password into your router (not such a bad thing really - just make 100% sure of your original ISP details before putting in the new one so you can switch back on the 1st of October

)
3. You cannot surf/download for the next 5 days
