ADSL connection problem, Error 678????

Hi guys,

My ADSL: I got this "error 678" problem happened twice already in last month!!

It was just cannot connected, and I have to call ADSL "useless" support, and waiting on the phone for 1 hour at least!!So irritated!!

Anyone explain what this "error 678" is? and how to avoid this happening please, please

Many users, especially in Cape Town experienced that last month sometime. I was not able to connect for about a day. It's all resolved now. Maybe just hang in a bit and see if it resolves. Otherwise, maybe there is a problem with your physical line or maybe the exchange.
