I am baffled
, I try to figure out why when a consumer pays for a new connection for example Telkom ADSL 2mbps uncapped line rental
and the max speed of download is exactly reached to 200kbps ... approx divided by 10? why wont it go up till 2mbps?

I have no idea what you're trying to say, but here is a lowdown:

A 2Mbit connection (or 2048Kbit) will have a maximum download speed of about 1800Kbits per second (you lose some due to overheads), that is around 225KBytes per second.

8 bits = 1 byte

LOL i think you just mind *****ed him :P

Yep bits and bytes. You litteraly had planes go down for a lack of fuel when they didn't convert gallons to liters properly.

OP you connection is fine. That is what you are paying for.
Just make sure your Line attenuation and SNR is within specification.

In other words, he thinks he has a 2MegaBytes/s line which is 2048KiloBytes/s.

A 2MegaBit will reach speeds of upto 225KiloBytes/s.

okay alot of you think im clueless about this , anyway not a good idea to batter ppl down if you dont know them
I put on my MTN USB dongle and it read download speeds of about 2mbps
but on uTorrent its on 200kbps download , why wont it have a DL of 2mbps ? full speed why is it somehow divided by 10?
it seems to fluctuate (understood due signal strength) ~ 1478kbps on the mtn app while the uTorrent window is open i see 147kbps download...

It would help if you explained the issue better from the beginning.

Firstly post a speedtest (www.speedtest.net) and what ISP and account your using.

Torrents are most likely being shaped that's why you're seeing the decreased throughput on this.
