ADSL connections and LTE

Hi Guys,

I am moving into a new place with two houses on one property. I would like to know if it is at all possible to have a single phone line and two separate adsl lines installed so that both houses can have their own ADSL without the need for sharing line speed etc?

On the same note, does anyone know what is axxess cancellation policy with regards to Cell C Fixed LTE ? Are there any cancellation fees etc as I need to test whether the connection will work as the house is right on the border of the "Coverage area" before comitting to the service.

Part1 no.

2 seperate rate limited accounts dialing on the same line would be closest to that. Or 1 account with 2 wan routers,1adsl router and you speed limit the ports heading to the wan routers
