ADSL Connectivity, PMB/DBN

Anyone know why there is an outage in PMB and some areas in DBN? Seems to be ADSL, analogue and ISDN?

At the moment we can only get info that there is a Telkom outage. There are some areas that are working though such as Athlone and Cascades in PMB.
