Hi,
I am currently overseas (France) where I have to work now and then. It made sense for me to have ADSL 128kbps installed, for under 20E/mo (<u>all inclusive</u>, i.e. line rental + ISP) compared to over R800/mo in CT.
Secondly, the nominal 128kbps actually delivers... 353kbps! How about that?
So the question is: are we all cross-subsidising new lines in rural areas, or is this just a plain rip-off to please shareholders?
