ADSL Coverage in Kempton Park

Hi guys,
I just moved to Glen Mare’ (other side of Kempton Park). Now when I asked my line to be installed they tell me I can only have 512 and not 4 meg. I am so freakin ****** off that I could pull my hair out.

Is there any way a person can check if an area has 4 meg coverage? The guy that installed my line said they are working on 4 meg in my area.

Does anyone have 4 meg in Kempton Park / Glen Mare’
