ADSL dead

I am in Durbs and ADSL seems to have come to grinding halt. Not MSN msger and no Pop3 mail. Browsing dead slow, yet gaming still good . Any one else having a problem. Oh and am not capped either.

Same here, guessing a routers gone down somewhere, was busy playing a US based MUD. Guessing I'll be dead when they get the lines back up
Have a lovely tracert to stare at for the time being while I wait for either MWEB Techies or SAIX techies to answer their helpdesks

hehe, almost fell of my chair now I was laughing so much, I wish I had a transcript of the conversation I just had with an very very nice Tech Support person He was extremely decent in the short time we spoke, but the one thing that stood out was his statement about Telkom: "Nee man, dis alweer daai bliksemse telkom mense wat my lewe *** maak!"

Oh well, confirmed that lines are down and we simply have to wait till someone gets off their coffee break and decides to plug the cable back in

Had probs in pretoria as well.

Seems to be an "on-and-off" ghost running around.

I'll have no problems for a few hours and then nothing seems to work.

Will see how it goes later today.
