ADSL disconnections

Hi all, i stay in Bryanston and have ADSL 512 installed. ISP is webafrica. Lately ive been experiencing a lot of disconnections, even tho it says my LAN is connected, i cannot browse or check mail, i have to diable and enable again. Not sure if anyone else is having a similar problem. Webafrica says its my network drivers or ports on my router, but drivers are up to date and router is brand new. Any ideas or feedback??

Edit. Limewire is slow too, even thru a proxy. Iam definitely not connected all the time!!

ADSL problems

I was just disconnected. Had to restart my router. It seems like everyone is having problems :

Well earlier the week i had the same problem. Saying iam connected but i cant get on any site. Phone my ISP(axxess) no they dont know what's wrong, must be my router....yeah right its freaken brand new. Phone Telkom to hear if they know anything ......and guess what Telkom is having problems with there lines and they are looking into it.......So what's new I say.
