ADSL down again

Aarggh!

Why do I have to PAY Telkom to spend 22 minutes waiting for a technician on their helpline, to find out why the ADSL that I'm PAYING them for is down again?? :eek: "Sorry, our engineers are working on it"

No alternative. Emmigration imminent.
 
you dont pay them its a free call 0800 375 375 is free all 0800 number are free i think. its more your time then you money
