ADSL Down in Garfontein

My adsl line is down since fri 06 June any one els with similar problem

Jip same here, logged a fault on friday. Status as of this morning still "open"

It worked on friday morning just before I went to work. So went off between 08h30 and 15h00 when I logged the fault

If the line is down for a week can I just take the invoice and multiply it with 3/4 and just pay that amount

My line is up. Still have latency issues though...
