ADSL Down, JHB?

Is ADSL down in JHB, Bramley, Sandton Area?

Modem syncs with ADSL Line but cant get a connection.
Tested and tried multiple ISP accounts: Webafrica, Openweb??

Can anyone confirm this?

Phew! Ok... Atleast its not my hardware! Not really in the mood to replace hardware...

This can only be a telkom issue... And with all the water cuts we been getting they have been digging up the pipes all over the show, lets hope some idiot did not decide to dig next to the exchange, and that this issue gets sorted out ASAP!
