ADSL - Erratic service Kokstad

Hi all, I have an ADSL which runs at the following,
Ping 299 ms. Download 3387 Kbps Upload 400 Kbps
I suffer from a variation in speed and sometimes No Data.

Surely Kokstad can do better. When I have an outage Telkom are pretty good in getting service quickly.
