ADSL EXTENSION PLEASE READ!

Hello, I live in a community with a popualtion of around 900 people the town 30km from us is expanding quickly they have access to adsl but we don't how much would it cost to extend it 30km out for our town, The town is Andamooka, Near Roxby Downs Bhp Mine is expanding with an esitmate of over 15 thousand people here in less then 5 years and a population of 2 thousand here, so is it easy to extend it such as little as 30km?
I think it is just stupid how something as little 30km was not extended it really blows when you want to try and play gaming online and look up information and it is so slow!

If you can make friends with someone at the mine, perhaps you can do a wireless relay to there? No idea what line of sight might be available.

South Australia, Idk who I could talk to. But I am not sure if adsl is connect at roxby by the singal or if it's running through optic fibre?
