Howsit guys, as you can see by the title my adsl is running slow, either half or less than half speed, now this is a family members house and as they do care about the speed they wont do anything aside from calling Telkom, its a 1mbps line from telkom and 4mbps uncapped from mweb, usually it downloads and streams at about 1.2mbps, but sometimes like now its half speed, it starts downloading at 1.2 and then drops to 400 500 ish, any suggestions
