Ok so I've had random disconnects for a few months so decided to log a fault. Technician came to my house and said its a line problem. The same day the line repair guys worked on it and phoned me to let me know it's fixed.
Arriving home I find that it is unfortunately not the case. I phone the Telkom helpline. I'm escalated to superior support. An hour changing modems and settings with no luck. He logs the fault again. Next day the technician is back but says there's nothing wrong, perhaps I should try downgrade to 4mb. Did that. No change. Still no internet.
Technician is coming again tomorrow.
Plus though they respond very quickly but they broke something completely. It was only a bit broken :/
Anyone have any advice I should give to the technician?
