ADSL in Bergvliet

Any one else experiencing problems in Bergvliet? Pings of >1500 ms, 0.02Mb download...only at night. Mornings are fine : pings in the region of 30ms, 5.2Mb DL.

mine as well, also bergvliet.
my internet is shockingly slow till at least 11pm then full speed again, mainly just torrents but news runs fine (int. server)

I don't know what Telkom is doing to this exchange, but every day around 19:00 it gets congested to hell! Across all ISP's.

During the day it screams full speed ahead.

I guess it's too much to expect someone from Telkom to offer an explanation ...
