ADSL in Fish Hoek, Cape Town

I thought it was my ADSL line that was getting slow. I was also having other problems with my computer, so I decided to format and reinstall everything and since then I have been getting excellent speeds. I can now watch a you Tube video without pausing. I do have a 2 Mb line.
