I work for the North-West University IT department and is experiencing the following e-mail problem.
When I send mail from telkomsa.net account to my NWU account the mail will not arrive to my NWU account, but from NWU to Telkomsa it work everytime.
We do no block the telkomsa.net domain.
There is no spam filters active on the telkomsa domain or my telkomsa mail account
Other users from telkomsa.net can send mail to NWU.
Random Telkomsa mail accounts will display the same issues
There is nothing wrong with the MX record for the NWU domain!
We have tried to log the issue but the Telkom support team battle to understand the problem!
