ADSL in Rynfield Benoni

Have been trying for the last year or so to download the files to route my celphone as well as booking in the software from our developers working from home. This has become impossible in the last year.

The exchange is oversubscribed and the resource is therefor shared. As helpful to me as a hole in the head. The whole system no longer works because it is impossible to download the larger files

4mb line, 20GB cap, Telkom ISP. In the past, the speeds were great 24/7 but for the past 2 months it has become impossible to use the net between 6pm and 11pm. This mybroadband forum page took 15min to load!

My wife works from home and gets the expected speeds throughout the day. The problem only seems to crop up at night when the "load" increases.

In the recent survey, I gave Telkom top marks in all categories. I will gladly revise this should a new survey be run.
