ADSL in Sedgefield

Two big problems as I have experienced them:

- Limited to 4Mbs, no faster speed offered. This is probably the best I get from my 4Mbs connection:

- Regular slow-downs and disconnects, particularly in the 18:00-21:00 time period. I often need to restart my router which sometimes improves the speed. e.g. 13 August, around 19:00. in the middle of a business video conference, ADSL went dead. Reboot router and get sync but no throughput. Reboot router again and then back to normal connection.

- 044 343 xxxx
- 4Mbps
- Afrihost uncapped
- Any time but mostly late afternoon/early evening
