ADSL In Western Cape- Advice Please

Hi there
As I have just cancelled my landline in Gauteng, I have never really had any experience with ADSL in the Western Cape.

I have enjoyed the 10Mbps service for the last two years. Would like to get that again.

Can you please tell me:

1. Which areas suck (congested exchanges, ****ty copper, etc...)
2. What the pitfalls are
3. Where are areas where FTTH is being rolled out
4. How good (or bad) is Telkom's LTE
